PURPOSE:To obtain a titled steel plate having less pinholes and superior corrosion resistance by applying Ni or Ni alloy plating extremely thinly on the surface of the steel plate then plating Pb and Sn superposedly, followed by hot melting treatment at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:Ni or Ni alloy plating is applied as an underlying layer on the surface of a steel plate to 0.01-1mum thicknesses. Thence, Sn and Pb are plated superposedly perferably in this order, following to which the steel plate is subjected to hot melting treatment at 232-450 deg.C temps. In this case, it is preferable to heat the same within a range of 232-327 deg.C temps. and to carry out alloying and sealing treatments simultaneously. |
