<p>PURPOSE:To obtain die cast moldings of which the outside surfaces are fully coated with Al layers and have high decorativeness by casting molten metal into the gap parts of the Al moldings fitted into dies then closing the connecting parts between runners and molding parts. CONSTITUTION:Al premolded articles 9, 9' are fitted into a male die 1 and a female die 2, and the dies are clamped to adhere clamping margins 9c, 9'c by pressure. Thence, the molten metal 8 in a pressurizing chamber 5 is cast into the gap part 10 between the articles 9, 9' and before the molten metal 8 solidifies, a runner 3''' and the part 10 filled with the molten metal 8 are closed by a closing mechanism 4; at the same time, runner forming parts 9d, 9'd are adhered by pressure. Upon solidification of the molten metal 8, the dies are knocked out, and clamping margins 11 are removed from the root part, whereby the products of which the outside circumferential surfaces are fully coated with the Al layers are obtained. If the Al layers are converted to alumite, the die cast products provided with rust prevention, corrosion resistance and robustness are obtd.</p> |
