PURPOSE:To prevent bridging of supplied material by idling the spherical object having the diameter larger than 1.5 times of the helical groove width of the screw contained in the heating cylinder in the raw material hopper. CONSTITUTION:The spherical object 7 put in the raw material hopper 3 of the heating cylinder 2 moves rotating to the lateral direction by the flight 8 of the screw 1 and hits the wall of the raw material hopper 3 and returns to the original position over the flight 8 of the screw 1. The spherical object 7 repeats said motion during rotation of the screw 1, moves freely up and down, back and forth, right and left in the raw material hopper 3 and prevents bridging of supplied material. The spherical object may be either singular or plural and its material may not be specified. |
