PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of mixing and produce products of excellent quality by a method in which preliminary mixer by which materials to be mixed are beforehand mixed is provided and materials are mixed by the preliminary mixer and then further mixed deliberately. CONSTITUTION:Storage tanks 5 for cement, sand, etc., measures 6 for these materials, and a preliminary mixer 8 for these materials are provided orderly from above. The premixed materials in the preliminary mixer 8 are further sent to a mixer 11 or a fresh concrete agitator 12 for further mixing them deliberately. Thus, the addition of a preliminary mixer results in the formation of a plant by which products having good quality can be produced. |
