<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high quality polyurethane foam chip material efficiently in a short time, by performing simultaneous molding reaction of polyurethane foam scrap with polyurethane prepolymer and water and drying by high frequency heating. CONSTITUTION:After polyurethane foam scrap is chipped and weighed in a mixer, polyurethane prepolymer and water are injected by an air spray-gun and mixed with chips. Then it is poured into the block mold, the mold etc. and molding reaction is performed by using the high frequency heating apparatus and at the same time drying is finished, thus the molded is taken out from the mold and made into the finished product. EFFECT:Operation is rationalized and also beneficial economically.</p> |
