PURPOSE:To correct the phase shift with the lapse of time, by generating a pulse of opposite polarity during the information transmision period in the independent synchronizing system. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 18 outputs a command signal of the opposite polarity during the transmission time. When this command signal is given to an AND gate 14, the Q output of a filp flop 3 is inhibited from being led out, and an AND gate 16 is opened, and the Q' output of flip flop is led out and is transmitted as a transmission blanking signal. In the receiving side, when the transmission blanking signal with the polarity inverted is given to a flip flop 232, the Q output becomes L-level, and a counter 7 is reset through an AND gate 20 and OR gates 19 and 12. Consequently, since the counter 7 is reset even during the information transmission, a receiving blanking signal as the output of a flip flop 10 coincides with the phase of the transmission blanking signal. |
