PURPOSE:To measure a reaction limit level accurately for every sample by providing a stage which measures the absorbance of every sample before reaction starts, and adding the absorbance of only every sample to a reaction limit absorbance level by reagent composition. CONSTITUTION:Luminous flux 26 from a light source 25 provided to the inside of a reaction table 21 turned continuously and intermittently by a driving mechanism is guided to a photometer 27 through a reaction container 22 in a constant- temperature passage 23 to be dispersed by a diffraction grating in the photometer 27, and then light having specific wavelength is led out through a photodetector. The absorbance LB of only the 1st reagent is found and stored in a microcomputer 51, and the absorbance LM of the mixture of every sample and the 1st reagent is found, thereby determining the absorbance level Ls of the sample from Ls=LM-LB. Consequently, the reaction limit level of every sample is set accurately and automatically. |
