PURPOSE:To rapidly start and accelerate a motor by integrating the output of an arithmetic circuit until the rotating speed of the motor reaches a target rotating speed to output a speed command signal corresponding to the rotating speed to be presented at the present time. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 10 calculates a load torque taub at the rotating speed (n) based on a speed command, this torque taub is substrated by the morot torque taum (constant), and the subtracted result is multiplied by (k), and the product is produced. The output of the circuit 10 is integrated by an integrator 8 under the condition that the speed command is lower than the target rotating speed NX, and the resulting integrated value, i.e., the speed command is delivered from an output terminal 1. In this manner, the acceleration with the speed command can be all effectively utilized for the motor torque taum. |
