PURPOSE:To increase the manufacturing yield of speakers, by forming plurality of recesses in matching with screw holes of a frame to one ring material of a liner formed by fitting two ring members. CONSTITUTION:A paper pipe 8 matched to surrounding shape of a vibration diaphragm of a speaker and a paper pipe 9 having an inner circumference fitted to the external circumference of the paper pipe 8 are prepared. A plurality of grooves 13 matched to screw holes of the frame are formed lengthwise the inner circumference of the paper pipe 9. The paper pipes 8, 9 are fitted and bonded to reinforce through holes 15 formed to a composite pipe 14. The pipe 14 is cut into a desired thickness toward the cross section to obtain a liner 16 provided with a through hole 17 corresponding to the screw hole of the frame. The liner 16 thus obtained is bonded to the coupling part between the surrounding of the diaphragm and the frame so that the through-holes 17 can match to the screw holes provided at the circumferential frame opening. |
