PURPOSE:To provide a selective permeable membrane exhibiting an excellent oxygen permeability by crosslinking a polysiloxane which contains repeating units consisting mainly of structures of specified formulas in specified molar fractions. CONSTITUTION:A polysiloxane which contains the repeating units consisting mainly of the structures of the formulas, with the molar fractions (i) and (j) satisfying the conditions of i+j=1.0, 0.1<=i<=1 and 0<=j<=0.9 is crosslinked, wherein X is NH2 or a residue of an aliphatic or alicyclic compound having 1-4 primary or secondary amino groups and having one end of its amino group connected to the group (CH2)n, n being an integer of 1-10. The crosslinking is performed by coating the polysiloxane on a porous support and impregnating the polymer solution into pores for a predetermined period of time, followed by bringing a solution of a polyfunctional crosslinking agent into contact with the polymer solution. |
