PURPOSE:To adjust and set the quantity of light emission by the same distance information as a set distance, by adjusting and setting the quantity of light emission by distance information from an automatic focusing device. CONSTITUTION:A camera controlling circuit 1 inputs a distance information 6 (for instance, visibility on the focused surface) from an object to be photographed, converts it to a signal by a distance information converting circuit 15, and after that, sends a distance designating signal 109 to a distance measuring device 9. The distance measuring device 9 executes a focusing action, and sends back its result as a distance setting signal 110 to the controlling circuit 1. The controlling circuit 1 sends a distance signal 111 to a flash device 10 in accordance with the setting signal 110. Also, the controlling circuit 1 receives a diaphragm deciding signal 112 sent from a photometric device 8, adjusts and sets a lens diaphragm, and also sends its diaphragm value as a diaphragm designating signal from a diaphragm setting circuit 16 to the flash device 10. The flash device decides the quantity of light emission by a preset information signal 105, the distance signal 111 and the diaphragm designating signal 113, which have been sent from the controlling circuit 1. |
