<p>PURPOSE:To secure necessary line width and avoid excessive occupation of a space by a method wherein on designing a wiring pattern a plurality of lines having a point as a terminal point are set to have individual line widths, a lapping region of size of 1/2 of a line width is provided at the terminal point for lines which are to be connected, and at this region an auxiliary pattern is provided. CONSTITUTION:Mutual connection between the line AO having the width of 2a and the line OB having the width 2b at each terminal end O while the relation in widths a>=b is kept is performed as followings. That is to say, A' and B' which have distances Ws/2=b from the connecting point O are set, and the bended line A'OB' is taken to have the width of Ws. Consequently the auxiliary pattern at a right-angled crossing of lines is taken as a regular square 4 having a line of 2b namely Ws, and same procedure is performed when lines AO and OB are connected to form a straight line. By this method protrusion of the auxiliary pattern for connection is avoided and a useless occupied region in a wiring region can be eliminated.</p> |
