摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a gate circuit by producing reverse bias signal and the gate signal from the first and third rectifiers of the secondary coil of a pulse transformer and charging a capacitor with the output of the second rectifier. CONSTITUTION:When GTO1 is conducted ON with respect to specific GTO1, GO2, a voltage is applied to a transformer T10, and is not applied to a transformer T20. The GTO1 is conducted ON with the output of the rectifier RF1 of the first secondary coil, a capacitor C10 is charged in the polarity as shown by the output of the second secondary coil, and the GTO2 is reversely biased by the output of the rectifier RF2 of the third secondary coil. Then, in order to set the GTO1 to OFF, the no voltage is applied to the transformer T10 to OFF, the no voltage is applied to the transformer T10, a thyristor S10 is conducted ON to discharge the capacitor C10, and GTO1 is interrupted OFF. Further, in order to set the GTO2 to ON, a bias signal is applied between the gate and the cathode similarly to the GO1.
