PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous magnetic alloy material with superior wear and corrosion resistances by providing a composition consisting of iron group elements, vitrifying elements and transition metallic elements represented by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:An alloy having a composition represented by the formula is manufactured with iron group elements, vitrifying elements and transition metallic elements. In the formula M is >=1 kind of transition metallic element other than the iron group elements, RuTa and Cr, X is >=1 kind of vitrifying element other than Si and B, x+y+z+w+v=100at%, x=55-76.95at%, y=3-8at%, z=0.05-7at%, w=0-4at%, v=20-26at%, p+q+r=100%, k=l+m=100% p= 3-7%, r=0-10%, k=0.5-20%, and m=0-2%. The alloy is melted and solidified by very rapid cooling from the liq. phase to obtain an amorphous magnetic alloy sheet. |
