A device comprises a body open at one end and closed at the other. The main body(12) has two lateral inlets(24,22). A 2nd body of smaller dia.(18) runs parallel with the first and defines the path of the fluid passing into the pneumatic machines. A plug(16) is introduced into the open end of the body dividing it into two chambers(28,36). The first chamber communicates with one inlet(24) and the 2nd chamber with the other inlet(22). a hole(26) in the body plug(16) establishes a communication between the 1st chamber(28) and the outside, while the plug has a passage(38) putting the hole in communication with the 2nd chamber(36).
