PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the use of a spanner and to prevent damages of a section to be operated, by forming a boss at the center, a rimb wall at the circumference and a spoke of flat plate shape linking with the rim wall in one body so that the rimb wall can be a concentric double wall having a grip interval. CONSTITUTION:A handle wheel 11 is formed in one body with a spoke plate 12 providing projections 12a at parts equally dividing the external circumference having a discoidal shape into four, a discoidal boss 13 provided at the center, and a rim wall 14 projected perpendicularly to the one side of the circumference of the spoke plate 12. The rimb wall 14 is composed of an annular external wall 14a and an annular inner wall 14b which is concentric and has slightly higher height than the external wall, and a wave-shape rugged part 15 for the finger is provided on the wall surface of the boss 12 of the inner wall 14b. Tje interval between the inner and outer walls 14a and 14b. The interval between the inner and outer walls 14a and 14b is set to a size that four fingers except thumb are latched by the 2nd joint to the rugged part 15 when a palm is touched on the external circumference of the external wall.
