PURPOSE:To obtain reflowing tips with simple stages at high yields by punching plural round holes in the central part of a terminal material and burying resistance materials of a coefft. of linear expansion larger than that of the terminal material in said round holes and cutting out the reflowing tips after brazing these. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of round holes 1a are punched in one row in the central part of a terminal material 1 consisting of oxygen-free steel, and resistance materials 2 of a circular cylindrical shape consisting of a super hard alloy of a coefft. of linear expansion larger than that of the material 1 are buried into the respective holes 1a. These materials 2 are brzed to the material 1 in a hydrogen furnace. The materials 2 of a larger coefft. of linear expansion fit throughly and tightly to the holes 1a by the effect of the heat of brazing, whereby blanks 5 are obrained. Reflowing tips 6 having heating parts 6a and terminal parts 6b, 6b' are cut out from both sides of the materials 2 by electric discharge machining, and these are worked to the reflowing tips of a length L1. |
