PURPOSE:To produce a plastic bottle without generation of unevenness, linear scratches or whitening, by holding a neck die between each couple of male dies and female dies for injection-molding and flow-molding, and molding resin with these dies. CONSTITUTION:A support 11 supporting a movable rotary body 13 provided with a neck die 21 is located between a stationary platen 1, provided with an injection-molding female die 2 and a blow-molding female die 4, and a movable platen 6, provided with an injection-molding male die 8, a blow-molding stretching rod 9 and a male die 10. After these dies are clamped, molten resin is extruded from an extruder 5 into a cavity between the two injection-molding dies 2 and 8 to mold a parison P. After the dies are opened, the rotary body 13 is rotated by 180 deg. so that the parison P adherent to the neck die 21 attached to the rotary body 13 is located between the two blow-molding dies 4 and 10. After these dies are clamped, blow-molding is done. At the same time, the next parison is injection-molded at the injection-molding part. |
