PURPOSE:To confirm the adjustment quickly and accurately, by recognizing the position of a mark entered on a test chart and displaying the recognition result to check an optical system. CONSTITUTION:In the confirmation for the adjustment of an optical system, a vote ticket is not read but a test chart 30 where marks 32 and 31 indicating a line and the center of areas of digits are entered on a sheet of paper is read, and positions of marks entered on the test chart 30 are recognized, and recognition results are printed on a duplicate ticket to check the optical system. Consequently, the adjustment is confirmed quickly and accurately without requiring a special testing equipment. |
