<p>PURPOSE:To have sure transmission of signals, even though mounting location of the transmitter on a car body varies within a minor scale, in case of instructing of works at the working station by the use of a signal transmitting medium, which propagates in the space being spread, such as light. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmitter 22, which emits signals representing various informations about a model of car to be produced, is installed at such an appropriate position of the car as underbody 11, cab side 12, etc. by means of magnetic force etc. A receiver device 24 installed at the working station in the production line receives the signal sent from this transmitter 22 and discriminates the information about car type attached to the underbody just having come in the working station, the output wherefrom is fed into a working signal output device 25 consisting of a process management computer, etc. This device 25 puts out the signal about works to be done at said working station for instructing operators or robots 26 how to carry the work.</p> |
