<p>PURPOSE:To simplify operation by providing a position detecting circuit between a pinch roller changeover lever and a chassis. CONSTITUTION:A position detector which includes a position detecting circuit uses a permanent magnet 64. On the surface of a chassis 11 which faces one magnetic pole of a permanent magnet stuck on a changeover lever 19 (or output transfer lever 33), a Hall element 66 fixed on a printed board 65 is placed. The pinch roller changeover lever 19 uses a material which is not magnetized by the permanent magnet 64 to increase the quantity of magnetic flux crossing the Hall element 66. The Hall element 66 generates an ourput at its one output terminal only when the N pole or S pole of the permanent magnet 64 approach the element 66, and constitutes the position detecting circuit.</p> |
