PURPOSE:To make a specified temperature compensation possible even any tape position, by connecting a tape selection switch to a base of a transistor (TR) and a temperature sensing resistive element for temperature compensation to the collector of the TR. CONSTITUTION:A tape selection switch is connected to the base of a TR20 so that the tape selection can be performed at the base of the TR20. A temperature sensing resistive element 10 for temperature compensation is connected to the collector of the TR20. Thus, the amount of temperature compenstion of the base voltage of a TR8 is made constant independently of the selected position of a tape selection switch 19 and also the amount of compensation of a bias current flowing to a recording head 17 is almost made constant independently of the position of the switch 19. Thus, a constant temperature compensation can be made at any tape position. |
