PURPOSE:To perform synchronization by using a flip-flop circuit and then jumping one clock pulse applied to either of a standard IC and an IC to be tested. CONSTITUTION:With a switch 14 pressed, a waveform (a) appears at the output terminal of a Schmitt trigger circuit 16 and a flip-flop 4 is driven by the output to generate a waveform (c) as its Q output. Then, the output Q' of a flip-flop 5 driven by said output and the output of the flip-flop 4 are applied to an NAND gate 18 to obtain an output (e). Using this gate output obtains a waveform (g) wherein one clock signal pulse is absent. Therefore, clocks to a standard product and a product to be tested are adjusted in every cycle to perform synchronization. When they are locked in phase with each other, the output at an output terminal 19 has a level L through an EXOR circuit 7, a flip-flop 9, and an NAND10. |
