ELECTROMOTIVE MACHINE FOR ASAZUKE (FRESH VEGETABLE PRESERVED WITH SALT AND MALT)

PURPOSE:To prepare Asazuke (fresh vegetable preserved with salt and malt) in a short time, by pressing a press plate with a protrusion on the under surface on vegetables and a pickle solution put in a container through a diaphragm material. CONSTITUTION:The container 1 having the vegetables 2 and the pickle solution 3 is placed on the stand 5 of the base 4 of a main body. The press plate 20 having the protrusion 23 is rotated by the motor 9 in a main body through the reduction mechanism 17 in a state wherein the press plate is pressed by the spring 19 through the diaphragm material 34 consisting of a flexible material. The vegetables 2 are made into Asazuke in about 10min by the load of the pressure spring 19 and the action of the press plate. The reduction mechanism 17 is set in the cover 12 detachable to the main body, and it is fixed to the main body by a locking mechanism.
