a waste disposal station coupled to the platform, said waste disposal station configured to receive the waste from a technician; at least one chute coupled to said waste disposal station, said at least one chute configured to channel the waste downward from said waste disposal station; a gate assembly coupled to said at least one chute, said gate assembly comprising:
a housing configured to define a slot; anda gate positioned within said slot, wherein said gate is moveable between a first position and a second position to selectively obstruct said at least one chute; and at least one container coupled to said at least one chute, said at least one container located at the ground level and configured to collect the waste deposited in said at least one chute at said waste disposal station.
