CONSTITUTION:A fillet 8 of sardine is placed on the bottom surface of the groove 6 of the lower belt 1 along the direction of the length of the belt. Since the lower belt exerts higher frictional force than the upper belt 2, the fillet 8 is transferred in the state of being attached to the lower belt 1. As the speed of the upper belt 1 is faster than the lower belt, the rear end 8a of the fillet 8 is peeled upward by the frictional force of the upper belt pressed with the weight 3 during the transportation until the skin of the fillet is turned outside and the fillet is completely rolled.
