A water-cooled panel for an electric arc furnace, consisting of a cooling box constructed from a front plate 1, frame plates 2 and a back plate. The cooling box is provided with intermediate walls 3 forming cooling channels 9 shaped for carrying the water to all parts of the cooling box. The intermediate walls 3 are formed by one leg of vertically arranged, angular plates or angle iron, the other legs of which form the back plate of the cooling box. The water in the cooling box flows upwards and downwards during its passage through the panel. <IMAGE> |
