发明名称 ALIGNING METHOD OF SUPERIMPOSED STRIP SHAPED STEEL ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To surely bind steel elements through crushing of burrs, by cutting the steel element in the long side to strip shape, moving the element along the long side with a conveyer to protrusively adapt the short side to an L-shaped frame, then feeding th element at a right angle with a feed fork to press the long side to the other side of the L-shaped frame thus superimposing to align the element. CONSTITUTION:A strip shaped steel element S cut by a cutter 6 is conveyed on an inspection conveyer 9 toward the direction crossing at a right angle with a forward moving direction of the conveyer 9 and dropped onto a binding conveyer 12. Rollers 12c of the conveyer 12 are diagonally positioned to a horizontal level and forward moving direction, and the element is conveyed to the sideof a supporting frame 12b along said frame, fed to a fixed supporting bed 15a, adapted to an aligning frame 15b and stopped. Then feed forks 15d move the element in the right angular direction to press it to the frame 15b, even if a slight burr is provided in the long cut section, the burr is crushed when attached by the fork 15d and an edge part can be correctly aligned. Then weight of the superimposed elements is increased to sink movable supporting beds 15c, and the element S is successively superimposed and bound to a prescribed number of sheets.
