PURPOSE:To improve the quality and yield of single crystal in the titled synthesizing process using a molten salt, by sintering one or more raw materials, and adding the sintered product to the molten salt or a mixture of molten salt and powdery raw material. CONSTITUTION:The temperature and the growth rate of crystal are the main controlling factors for the preparation of the high-quality artificial single crystal. In the present procedure, the rate of dissolution is made controllable by using sintered raw material and transparent quartz. Concretely, the quality and the yield of the single crystal can be improved by selecting and sintering the raw materials for the molten salt process, and using the sintered raw material in combination with transparent quartz. |
