PURPOSE:To enable titled inspection simply, efficiently and at low equipment cost by grasping the front end of an object to be inspected by the tip of the hanging arm of a balance lifting device, and hanging up until the rear side is fully visible. CONSTITUTION:In inspection of the rear side of an object 2 to be inspected such as a steel plate etc., an inspector 9 stops a belt conveyor 1 and makes the clamp 13 at the tip of the hanging arm 6 of a balance lifting device 3 grasp the front end 2a of the object 2 to be inspected. Then, the inspector 9 operates a hanging arm operating switch 12 and hangs up the end part 2a to a position shown by alternate long and two short dash lines via a driving part 8, that is, until the rear side of the object 2 becomes fully visible, and performs inspection of the rear side. |
