PURPOSE:To operate efficiently the system, by analyzing system parameters on the basis of picked-up data to change a part of the neck. CONSTITUTION:Contents of a system file 24 and a parameter file 17 generated by a system editing processing 21 are not only used for initial program loading but also used as constants indicating the system configuration or the like in a computer operation 25, and a tuning tool 12 is executed to generate sampling data into a sampling file 26. This data is analyzed by an analyzing and evaluating program 13; and when the change of the system environment is required, it is changed by a changing means to generate a summary report 210, and contents of the parameter file 17 are changed and are transferred to the opration of the next computer system. |
