PURPOSE:To obtain a blank material having a high sealing effect in the juncture and having high joint strength, by disposing a brazing material on the outside circumference of a parent material of base metals clad with noble metals so that the brazing material acts as solder in secondary brazing. CONSTITUTION:Continuous or discontinuous annular brazing material 5 is disposed in a composite material produced by cladding an outside material 6 consisting essentially of noble metals on a parent material 4 of Cu, Cu alloys, Ni or base metal alloys contg. Ni. The clad material is subjected repeatedly to heat treatments at the temp. lower than the m.p. of the material 5 and drawing, whereby the material is finished to a linear blank material. Since the juncture has high sealability, the section of the base metals in the parent material does not expose and the material does not cause corrosion or discoloration. |
