PURPOSE:To enable the driver to easily sense the fully worn-out state of a clutch disc by causing a mechanical contact relationship to be generated between a piston and a reaction piston when the clutch disc fully wears out. CONSTITUTION:The right-ward displacement of the piston 55 within the output rod 45 proceeds with the progress of the wear of the clutch disc. When the clutch disc fully wears out, the piston 55 makes contact with a case 58, and a machanical contact relation is produced between the piston 55 and the reaction piston 59. By this procedure, the load of an engaging spring of the clutch 10 is transmitted to an input piston 43. Therefore, the clutch pedal stepping force for releasing a clutch 10 by stepping in a clutch pedal 30 abruptly increases, and thus the operator can know the full wear-out of the clutch disc. |
