PURPOSE:To offer a superior rubber packing of an oil pan which may prevent deformation of rubber, and oil leakage and has vibroisolation effect by embedding a plain washer for preventing deformation of rubber, around the periphery of a bolt hole. CONSTITUTION:The rubber packing 7 of an oil pan has a plain washer 6 embedded therein around the periphery of a bolt hole 9 so as not to be exposed at the upper and lower faces of the rubber packing. For manufacturing thereof, the plain washer 6 is first let through each of a plurality of bolt hole forming staged pins 22 until restricted by its stage, while the pins being provided inside a female mold 20 for casting the rubber packing, subsequently a rubber packing forming male mold 30 from which plain washer fixing pins are projected is fit to said female mold 32 in plain washer fixing pins are projected is fit to said female mold 32 in order to fix the plain washer 6. By ejecting rubber inside the mold, the rubber packing 7 of the oil pan may be molded, with the plain washer 6 embedded therein around the periphery of the bolt hole 9 so as not to be exposed at the upper and lower faces of the packing. |
