PURPOSE:To operate a mixing system with a maximum carrying capability or a set total discharge quantity, by correcting the discharge quantity of raw materials, which is discharged from each raw material vessel, on a basis of the measured value of a scale. CONSTITUTION:Wheat preserved in silos 11, 12... is discharged onto a conveyor 30 through quantitative discharging devices 21, 22... such as quantitative pumps and is carried to a production controlling scale 40 and is weighed. The selecting indication of silos, set mixture ratios R1, R2..., a total discharge set quantity PO, and specific quantities D1, D2... of wheat in silos are inputted to a controller 1, and discharge set quantities 101, 102... are outputted. In the controller 1, discharge set quantities 101, 102... are corrected to quantities 101', 102'... by a flow rate correcting quantity E outputted from a correcting controller 50. Thus, the discharge total flow rate is controlled to the total discharge set quantity. |
