PURPOSE:To enable efficient driving of the titled device by a compact construction in which heat collecting operation, heating operation, and heat-collecting heating operation of the titled device can be carried out by switching these operations by means of a single pump. CONSTITUTION:In a heat collecting circuit 23, two, upper and lower, heat exchangers 7 and 2 inserted in a heat accumulating tank 1 and a solar heat collector 4 are connected in series. In a heating circuit 24, the upper heat exchanger 7, an auxiliary heat source 8 and a radiator 9 for room heating are connected in parallel. In addition, with a single circulating pump 18, by switching a circuit changeover mechanism consisting of an electromagnetic pump 25, a motor driven three-way valve 26, an electromagnetic valve 27 for bypass, a check valve 29 and the like, circulation of only the heat collecting circuit 23, circulation of only the heating circuit 24 or parallel circulation between the auxiliary heat source 8 and the radiator 9, and the heat-collecting circulation is carried out. Furthermore, in a heat recovering heat exchanger 30, the heat exchange between the circuits 23 and 24 is carried out upon the parallel circulation, and a hot water supply circuit 15 is arranged in the heat accumulating tank 1. |
