<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of assembling steps and improve the assembling accuracy, by a method wherein part of a motor core is molded to part of an automobile body and the motor is assembled in the molded portion, thus assembling of the motor and mounting it to the automobile body are performed in one step. CONSTITUTION:Under a part of an automobile body, e.g. an inside door member 31 is provided an embossed part 33 projecting towards an outside door member 32. An enclosing recess 34 divided by dividing surface in parallel to an armature shaft 37 and constituting part of a case of a wind regulator elevating motor 11, for example, is provided on the embossed part 33 by means of press molding together with the embossed part 33. The enclosing recess 34 includes a recess for holding a brush holder, a recess for holding a field magnet and a recess for holding a bearing respectively corresponding to a commutator 35, an armature 36 and bearings 38, 39 of the armature shaft 37 to constitute various parts of the motor 11. An enclosing recess 48 for a worm gear 47 to constitute output mechanism is also provided.</p> |
