<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic clutch whose shaft length can be shortened while displaying an effect of alleviation of a shock and prevention of torsional resonance sufficiently, by providing a damper made of an elastic body between a flange part and the hub of an armature. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 15 is provided between an external circumference of a yoke 2 and an inner circumference of an input pulley part 5a' of a rotor 5'. On the one hand, as a flange part 20a of an armature 20 is provided on an inner circumference of an inner circumferential cylindrical part 5c of the rotor 5' and a damper 21 made of an elastic body is provided between the flange part 20a and a hub, almost all of a shaft length of a main body of a clutch can be used for the damper 21 made of an elastic body. Consequently, the shaft length can be shortened while an effect of an alleviation of a shock and prevention of torsional resornance is made to display sufficiently.</p> |
