PURPOSE:To give photosensitivity in long wavelengths without deteriorating the mechanical strength of an amorphous Si photoreceptor, by dispersing an organic pigment into the amorphous Si layer to form a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:Various metal-phthalocyanine, monochloroaluminum-phthalocyanine, monochlorogallium-phthalocyanine, dichlorosilicon-phthalocyanine, dichlorotin-phthalocyanine, hydrogen-phthalocyanine, or the like org. pigment is dispersed into amorphous Si to form an amorphous Si layer contg. said pigment dispersed, or a double layer of an amorphous Si layer and said layer for use in a photoconductive layer. |
