<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a storage battery by interrupting one phase of a 3-phase power source at the time of controlling the stop of a moving element, detecting the defective phase at the element side to deenergize a motor and employing as a power source of a control device a single-phase power source except one phase. CONSTITUTION:After a single phase electromagnetic contactor 12 is energized by a ground control circuit 10 when a truck 4 reaches its stopping postion, it deenergizes a phase electromagnetic contactor 11 and switches a power supply line 2 from a 3-phase connection to 2-phase connection state of R, S. A lack phase detector 16 of the struck 4 deenergizes, when detecing the lack phase which lacks the T-phase, an electromagnetic contactor 15. Thus, the contact 15a is opened, and a motor 13 is stopped. A rectifier 18 and a power source circuit of a transmitter 5 which is connected to the recifier 18 are maintained in the state connected to the R-, S-phases of the power source. In this manner, it becomes not necessary to place a storage battery on the moving element.</p> |
