PURPOSE:To process pictures efficiently by providing the titled processor with a character input device using hand written characters and printing types and a picture input device to process only the original large quantity of picture information by the picture input device and execute correction or the like at the operation of the processor. CONSTITUTION:The picture input device 1 inputs picture information and a character information converter 6 inputs character information from a hand written character input device 4 and a printing type input device 5 and converts the character information into picture information. A commond input device 9 commonds the processing of the picture information and picture processing such as replacement and insertion of the picture information is executed by the common input from the commond input device 9. A picture processor 10 executes picture processing and outputs the processed information. |
