PURPOSE:To obtain sound volume according to the area of a panel member and impressive sound quality, by providing plural openings at the surrounding of a fitting section of a sound oscillation driver unit of the panel member. CONSTITUTION:Figure shows an example of the execution of this invention of a panel constituting member 1' constituting a part of the panel member 1 (rear parcel shelf in this example of execution) and formed by using the panel member excellent in the sound characteristics. The panel constituting member 1' is flat and rectangular and rectangular openings 15b, 15b- are provided at each ridge. Rest parts 19- produced at the forming of the rectangular openings are possible for larger deformation than the other parts and the amplitude is increased.
