PURPOSE:To both enable condenser operation for a long time and improve efficiency at the condenser operation, by mounting a discharge pipe of internal diameter D in a range such as 0.02Dg<=D<=0.10Dg (where Dg; pitch diameter of a guide vane shaft) to the flow path forming part of a bottom cover. CONSTITUTION:A discharge pipe 15 of 0.02Dg<=D<=0.10Dg (Dg; pitch diameter of a guide vane shaft 12a) internal diameter D is mounted to the flow path forming part of a bottom cover 14 and opened to a flow path. In this way, since accumulated water in the flow path at condenser operation can be fully discharged to the outside of the flow path to prevent a temperature rise of a runner, the condenser operation can be performed for a long time while operative efficiency at the condenser operation can be improved. |
