PURPOSE:To stabilize the output voltage by housing a substrate carrying a sensor and the like to shield external noise. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 3 and a tuning fork 2 acting as chopper section are mounted on a substrate 8 to form a driving circuit 10 of the chopper section. A piezo-electric ceramic of the chopper section and the circuit 10 are connected to a print pattern on the substrate with a short wire to house the circuit 10 in the same case thereby eliminating effect from external noise. This stabilizes the action of the chopper section to improve the accuracy of the output voltage of a sensor. |
