PURPOSE:To save a processing expense of waste for a collective material of burnable poisonous bars, by cutting a long scale round bar with a cutting constituted such that a bearing part and gears are formed to the periphery and cutting edges are formed to an internal diamter part. CONSTITUTION:An external diameter part and side part of a cutting cutter 1 are rotatably and integrally formed by bearing plates 4, and rotation of a driving gear 5 is transmitted to a gear 3, then the cutter 1 is rotated. The cutter 1 is mounted to this cutting device, and a round bar 6 to be cut is fixedly inserted device, and a round bar 6 to be cut is fixedly inserted into an internal diameter of cutting edges 2, then if the gear 5 is rotated, the cutter 1 is rotated through the gear 3. Under this condition, if a whole unit of the plates 4 is moved and displaced from a fixed center O of the round bar 6, the bar 6 is cut by the edge 2. |
