PURPOSE:To mass-produce an acoustic diaphragm with high rigidity, high internal loss and low cost, by mixing a titanic fiber or titanate potassium fiber in a polypropylene or copolymer composite made of polypropylene as major constitutent and forming the composite into a film. CONSTITUTION:The titanic fiber or the titanium potassium fiber, the polypropylene or the copolymer composite using the polypropylene as the major constituent are mixed. This mixed material is formed into a sheet, which passes through a several stages of rolling cold rolls to obtain a film of an arbitrary thickness. This film is heated and softened with a hot plate and the acoustic diaphragm is formed by using a die of a prescribed shape under vacuum or a pressure. |
