PURPOSE:To realize a secure and high speed picture signal producing device to be used for facsimile terminal equipment, etc., by setting an area requested to be transmitted, and by performing a partial reading to produce a partial picture signal without putting a mark. CONSTITUTION:A user puts an original PP on a stacker 13, and sets a required area to be transmitted in the original PP to a setting part 20. After that, the user calls an opposite party by using a telephone set 5 and connects a receiving device to a circuit L. If it is clarified that the connection is performed, the user pushes down a transmission key installed to a keyboard 3. A pushed down signal is sent to a connection controlling part 4, transmission controlling part 4' and reading controlling part 21, extracts a picture element signal of a part to be reproduced out of an inputted picture image, synthesizes other signal to it so that it is reproduced to a corresponding part and transmits it to the circuit L. |
