PURPOSE:To form easily a return message, by providing a function for discriminating a field possible for defining the attribute in a message to a mail box and providing a field having the attribute of reply request in the message. CONSTITUTION:A transmission section 1 and a receiving section 2 of a mail are connected to a network via an interface 3, the communication message from the receiving section 2 is stored in a storage section 6 via an I/O controller 5 with the control of the controlling section 4, and the communication message from the transmission section to a terminal is outputted. The main box is realized normally with the computer. When a message is transmitted to the terminal of a received address, the return message replacing the transmitted and received address is formed at the terminal only by inputing the message received at the opposite terminal to a return request field and transmitted to the mail box, filed in the storage section and the return mail is communicated to the transmitted address of the first message. |
