The invention relates to a cylinder head for a high-pressure fuel pump in a fuel injection system, in particular in a common rail injection system, wherein a high-pressure bore (1) for forming a pump working chamber (2) and for receiving a pump piston (3) and at least one additional bore (4, 5) for receiving an intake valve (6) and/or a high-pressure valve (7) are designed in the cylinder head.
