PURPOSE:To allow fluid to jet only at a covering time for more energy saving and better working environment by producing an electrode to a nozzle for manufacturing a double pipe composed of a conductive pipe and a flexible tube wrapped around the conductive pipe. CONSTITUTION:The DC voltage dropped by a transformer in a distributing board 7 is impressed on electrodes such as a nozzle body 1 and an SUS rod 5. Then, a metallic pipe 18 inserted into the end of a rubber tube 19 is inserted into the taper surface 2 of the nozzle 1 and the pipe 18 is brought into contact with the taper surface 2. The electrode of the nozzle 1 and that of the SUS rod 5 are short-circuited to operate a solenoid valve 6 through the pipe 18. The valve 6 is opened and air is supplied to the nozzle 1 and ejected from the end of a nozzle hole 21. Then, the end of the tube 19 is sealed completely by a hand 20, the tube 19 is filled with air, the end of the tube 19 is expanded on the side of the pipe 18 to form an air film layer and the tube 19 is forcedly put on the metallic pipe to prepare a double pipe. Accordingly, if the pipe 18 is removed from the nozzle 1, the jet of the air is stopped and no excessive air is leaked. |
